My professional goal has always been to make a difference in somebody's life and to empower others to do the same. I realized that moving into a leadership role within a healthcare setting allowed me to have an impact on not only patients but also staff. Examining care that we provide and searching for quality improvement opportunities will be a lasting impact that we can make on our patients within our healthcare settings. 

In order to be the best leader that I can be for my team I have taking leadership courses through my organization. These courses allow me to personally develop and grow into my full potential.
